Our agents are "independent producers" meaning they do not represent any one insurance carrier: they are free to help you evaluate decisions between multiple carriers. Or just help you understand your current coverage.

FAQ: Are your agents volunteers?

Yes. They do volunteer to take the time to answer your questions, provide guidance and consultation FREE OF CHARGE. However, to comply with HIPAA and other relevant laws, for some specific and complicated issues dealing with private health information of financial information, you may be asked to designate the agent helping you as *your* agent: but if you do, the service will still always be FREE.
