Do I have to be a client to ask my question or get help for free?
No, for most general questions and assistance.
However, to comply with HIPAA and other relevant laws, for some specific and complicated issues dealing with private health information of financial information, you may be asked to designate the agent helping you as *your* agent: but if you do, the service will still always be FREE.
Do these agents work for the insurance carriers? Will they provide unbaised objective advice?
Our agents are "independent producers" meaning they do not represent any one insurance carrier: they are free to help you evaluate decisions between multiple carriers.
Can these agents answer specific questions about my insurance?
Yes. For free.
Can non-residents also get help?
This is a free service to Colorado residents - but even non-residents can sometimes get assistance for a flat $25 per month fee.
